So me and Darcey FINALLY got round to doing our 2nd video! I'm really happy with how this one turned out, and I find I'm reallllly enjoying making videos!

Topshop and Vogue Event

Hi everyone! 

Oh I was so excited to write this post! This was event was so so sooo much fun! When we arrived we were greeted with champagne, cocktails and canapes (I wouldn't say no) and took our seats ready for the talk by the co-editor of UK Vogue. While we waited we could have abit of a shop (20% was handy, although my bank balance didn't enjoy it) or have a make over and get your nails done!

When it was time for the talk everyone rushed for their seats and the guest speaker spoke all about the A/W '12 trends in Topshop. They ranged from khaki colours and prints, "Downton Abbey" inspired coats, opulent and extravagant trousers, oversized items and practical "factory" accessories. 

I have been on abit of a crazy spree in Topshop (I definitely had some bad looks from my parents) trying to get some key pieces that I can wear over and over again throughout A/W... I'm gonna pretend like I didn't buy alot from the rack Vogue picked out!

Hello Again!

Hi everyone!

It feels like it's been a century since I last blogged (which means that this post will be hauuge) and I'm so sorry for that. What with friends's birthdays, exciting Vogue events, results day and Leeds festival I haven't been able to blog at all!

I won't really talk about the Vogue event now (there is post coming up very soon!) but I will tell you that because it was a collaboration with Topshop we were told everything we needed to know about this year's A/W trends and pieces at Topshop that demonstrated that best! I hope your excited about this post because I really am!

Results day was last Thursday and I am happily relieved to say that I got A*ABBBBBBBB and have a place in sixth form! I am especially happy that my A* was in art in which I only dropped 3 marks in, SCORE!

Leeds was CRAZY. There are no other words for it. Except maybe amazing. It was so much fun and I'd love to go again so much! I did however miss showers, beds and toilets that flush!

Now that's over, on with the post!

This is my last post from my holiday in Devon, It was right before we left and I was dying to get a picture of scenery from outside the house we were staying in. As you can see it's just gorgeous.

I bought this dress a couple of months ago from my most recent trip to London. I got this for £10 from Topshop. Despite it's seethroughness (I need to find something for underneath it) I love this dress to bits. Paired with some little "trainers" (I say "trainers" because they are more like little pumps) it looks like effortless sport-chic.

My (Very Long) Topshop Wishlist

Hi everyone!

Like always I'm dreaming of clothes that I can either wear to school, for A/W or just for everyday. And I've been keeping a keen eye on the Topshop website, which has amazing pieces on it at the moment! This isn't the whole list, I didn't think it right to put more than 10 items in a wishlist so these are the first few.

Just look at them! I'm loving the whole khaki/burgundy trend. I just want to walk around in crazy trousers and army jackets...

Results day is this week and I'm going to Leeds Festival at the weekend, so please excuse my lack of post I'll try and write a few and ask my mum nicely to publish them. To anyone who has already got their results welldone, and to anyone receiving them this week good luck!

Yellow To Brighten Up The Day

Hi everyone!

This is my second blog post about my gorgeous trip to Devon! On this day we went to Dartmouth  and afterwards we went to the beach. In Dartmouth we just spent the morning shopping and having lunch. I came away with this gorgeous notebook that has ornate finish and is just so beautiful, a little wooden heart from an art shop that I bought to put in my room for when it's redecorated and of course some fudge! You can't go to Devon and not buy fudge. It's the rule!

When I woke up this day it was cloudy and raining. I decided that jeans were my best bet, and to brighten my mood I opted for my favourite blazer ever! I have been meaning to show you this blazer for an age, and I finally got the chance to. So what do you think?

As you can probably tell I am doing abit of refurbishments on the ol' blog. So stay tuned for some exciting changes coming VERY SOON!

Boat Trips

Hi everyone!

These are some photos from my first day in Devon, we decided to go to Dittisham and have a boat trip down the River Dart. It was absolutely gorgeous and I enjoyed it so much! I just love boat trips, they remind me of family trips to Cornwall which is probably my favourite place to go on holiday (although I probably shouldn't say that in a post about Devon!)

I chose this specific outfit for practicality really, getting on and off a boat and the wind meant that trousers were my most sensible option. I was also aiming for warmth so thought that this cardigan would be perfect!

Summer Wishes and Wonderings

Hi everyone!

Just a couple of items I've seen that have just screamed summer, must haves on my watch...

1) The necklace is the epitome of opulence and oh mama do I want it, ASOS has been my go to place for clothes/jewelry recntely.

2) In the summer time if I'm not lucky enough to go on holiday, my face gets a beautiful glow. But sadly I'm not going on holiday so I won't get that beautiful summer glow. So I really want the Touche Eclat from Boots to brighten up my eyes!

3) I've seen these brogues in Topshop's sale for just £10 and I actually need them! They would look great all year round, not just summer!

4) The shorts from H&M are at a mere price of £9.99, they just look so summery and would be divine paired with all white.
